Once you submit your information, and if eligible,
a SPRYCEL Assist Representative will contact you about the program
If eligible for a One Card, take your activated card to the pharmacy when you fill your first SPRYCEL prescription
If you do not have a SPRYCEL One Card, that’s okay.
We can provide you with one if eligible.
