How do I take SPRYCEL^® (dasatinib)?

SPRYCEL is taken once daily, with or without food—no fasting is required. Be sure to take it exactly as prescribed by your doctor. If you have Ph+ CML in chronic phase, the usual dose is 100 mg once daily.

Your healthcare provider may change your dose or temporarily stop treatment with SPRYCEL. Do not change or stop treatment without first talking to your healthcare provider.

It’s important to take your medicine exactly as your doctor prescribed.

If you take an antacid medicine, take it 2 hours before or 2 hours after your dose of SPRYCEL.
