If you have Medicare:
Patients who have prescription insurance through Medicare may pay $0 to $3,450 per month for SPRYCEL. 75% of Medicare patients pay $25 or less per month. For SPRYCEL, your costs are determined by your pharmacy coverage such as Medicare Part D, Medicare Advantage (a.k.a., Part C), by your coverage phase, and your income level.
